Nollywood actress, Yeye Toyin Tomato is in a grateful mood following the birth of her fourth grandchild.

The veteran actress took to her Instagram page to share the good news with her fanmily.

Sharing a video of her playing with her newborn grandchild, she expressed gratitude to God for the grace given to her.

“Joy of a grandma. Anu ni mori gba oooo”.

Joining Toyin Tomato in the grandmother’s club this year is billionaire wife, Shade Okoya.

Shade Okoya becomes a grandma

KFN reported that Jubril Okoya, the 24-year-old son of billionaire Rasaq Okoya, who got married in March 2022, had welcomed a daughter.

His 45-year-old mum, Sade Okoya was beyond excited.

More interestingly and coincidentally, the baby girl made her triumphant arrival on her father, Jubril’s birthday.

Announcing the good news, the then newest grandmother in town, Sade Okoya wrote

“Happy Birthday Jubril Thank you @jubrilokoya and @saraisabellax for blessing me also today with a new addition.

Remi Surutu welcomes grandchild

Last year, actress, Remi Surutu became a grandma with the birth of her grandchild.

The birth of her grandchild was a double joy for her as she had lost her second child, Ayomide who was suffering from complications of sickle cell disorder, 3 years back.

According to Remi, her grandchild’s birth is an unforgettable birthday gift for her and she was grateful to God for making her happy again.

Sharing a photo she snapped with the new born, Remi Surutu wrote;
